ON SITE DANCE

On Site Dance Ensemble

On Site Mobile Dance Series is a series that gathers exceptional regional choreographers and performers to present concert quality dance in a variety of spaces throughout Utah Valley.  On Site is produced by Ashley Anderson, an independent artist in Salt Lake and founder of 501c3 loveDANCEmore, as well as two BYU professors of dance Kate Monson and Kori Wakamatsu.  To date, they have produced a total of twelve events since November 2012 in a range of locations from beautiful Central Utah Gardens, and the Scera Public Pool in Orem, to Guru’s Cafe in Provo and places in between. They are invested in moving dance to non-traditional spaces that change how audiences view dance performance while increasing exposure of the form beyond traditional dance patrons and into a broader public. To learn more about our work and upcoming events you can check out our Facebook page (On Site Mobile Dance Series) or loveDANCEmore.org.

CANTORUM CHAMBER CHOIR

Cantorum Group

Since its 2011 inception, Cantorum Chamber Choir has emerged as one of the premier non-collegiate chamber groups in the Western United States. Comprised of 34 select singers from diverse musical backgrounds, over one third of Cantorum members are professional music educators and soloists.

In addition to winning top prizes in both its categories in a 2016 Interkultur competition, including a special judges’ recognition, Cantorum has performed in the distinguished NOVA Chamber Series, collaborated with the Cincinnati Fusion Ensemble, and—most recently—performed onstage in Ballet West’s Carmina Burana. Cantorum was selected to perform at the American Choral Directors Association Western Division Conference which will take place in March in Pasadena, California.
