Camille Fronk Olson

Join us for a guest lecture by Camille Fronk Olson, a BYU faculty member from the Department of Religious Education. Her remarks will be centered on a work of art in the the current MOA exhibition To Magnify the Lord: Six Centuries of Art and Devotion.

 

Olson has a Ph.D. in Sociology of the Middle East, a Master’s Degree in Ancient Near Eastern Studies, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Her dissertation focused on Palestinian families in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Previously, she taught institute and seminary in the Salt Lake area and was Dean of Students at LDS Business College. Born and reared in Tremonton, Utah, Olson served a full-time mission to Toulouse, France.
