Public Programs

The Museum of Art (MOA) brings in dynamic artists and academic speakers to address themes or concepts explored in relation to exhibitions currently on display. Interactive and informative guided tours, gallery talks, musical performances, hands-on workshops, and lectures all offer thought-provoking ways to explore the MOA’s collections and exhibitions. Participants can join in learning activities, socializing, or relaxing surrounded by great art and culture.

Art After Dark at the MOA

On select Fridays during fall and winter semesters, the MOA invites campus and community patrons to the museum for refreshments, live entertainment, artist meet-and-greets and typically a new exhibition opening.

Lectures & Symposia

The MOA’s free lectures, symposia and conferences offer patrons a chance to learn more about museum exhibitions from artists and scholars from all over the world and view screenings of acclaimed educational films.
