Mark Magleby (PhD. Ohio State) studies historic European gardens and Contemporary Art. His incomparable muse, Julia Knell Magleby, and their posterity of art/dog lovers, find joy and solace in faith. From 2012-2021, Mark served as the Museum's 3rd Director. On April 20, 2021, it was announced that Janalee Emmer would succeed Magleby as Director. Magleby was appointed Emeritus Director and Development Chair.

Having many favorites, I honor the lasting value of Gabriel Dawe’s Plexus 29 for its suggestion of the Lord’s Covenant with Noah’s posterity, and Carl Bloch’s Christ Healing at Bethesda wherein the Sacrificial Son offers Himself for all mankind.
