Adrien Gardère Lecture

The BYU Museum of Art welcomes renowned French designer Adrien Gardère for a special guest lecture in the Lied Gallery. This lecture is generously co-sponsored by the BYU Studio Art Department, the BYU Department of Art History, and the the BYU Centre for the Study of Europe.

About Adrien Gardère

Born in France in 1972, Adrien Gardère trained as a cabinetmaker and designer. His creations are produced and issued by major furniture and lighting brands (Artemide). Building on his success in design, the Studio Adrien Gardère, founded in 2000, quickly established, in the field of museum exhibition design, enduring relationships with major international institutions (Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington D.C., Musée du Louvre…). After the complete renovation of the Museum of Islamic Art in Cairo (2010), and the Louvre-Lens museography (2012), the Studio Adrien Gardère is currently collaborating with the world
