Is there a charge for admission to the museum?
General admission to the museum is always free, as is entrance to most exhibitions. On rare occasions there may be an admission fee for a special exhibition. Where can I park when visiting the museum?
Free visitor parking is available immediately in front of the museum’s north entrance on North Campus Drive and in any available visitor lot on the BYU campus. Does the museum allow artists to sketch or paint in the galleries?
Yes, but arrangements should be made beforehand through the museum’s Registration Department: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is photography allowed in the museum?
Visitors are generally welcome to take photos in the museum, and we encourage you to share your photos using on social media #byumoa. We ask that you do not use flash photography or tripods during your visit and refrain from taking pictures in exhibitions where it is prohibited (indicated by signs). Professional and press photographers should contact Riley Lewis (email@example.com) prior to their visit, as should anyone hoping to film in the museum or seek an exception to photography rules.
Can the building be rented for events?
The museum is not available as a venue for events.
