On this day in 1881, Pablo Picasso was born. Picasso, founder of the Cubist movement and revolutionary in experimenting with different artistic methods and mediums, is one of the most famous artists of all time. Born in Spain, he spent most of his life in France. His most famous works include Guernica and The Old Guitarist. Today’s featured piece was done by Pablo Picasso’s youngest daughter.
