Traveling through South America with Minerva Teichert

I recently had the privilege to travel through South America with the acclaimed artist Minerva Teichert…via the Special Collections Library at BYU. As I sorted through carefully packed boxes of maps, airplane tickets and guidebooks, I felt like I was right there with her in Buenos Aires, where she sketched horses on the back of her hotel receipt; or in Uruguay, where she noted the name and number of an English translator; or Lima, where she seems to have spilled something on her map.
