Guillaume Kientz has been Director and CEO of the Hispanic Society Museum & Library since 2021
The MOA recently hosted the Director of the Hispanic Society Museum & Library
The Hispanic Society is the permanent home of all works in the exhibition Spain and the Hispanic World. This exhibition has traveled around the world, visiting institutions such as the Museo Nacional del Prado in Madrid, the Royal Academy of Arts in London, the Museo del Palacio de Bellas Artes in Mexico City, and various sites around the United States. Director Kientz has visited almost every iteration of the show, and praised the execution and design of the exhibition as "quite a firework."
"It’s always insightful to visit different versions of a traveling exhibition," Kientz said. "We are thrilled to share some of our highlights with audiences in Utah."
Spain and the Hispanic World will remain open at the MOA until June 15, after which it will return to the Hispanic Society in New York City.
