Congrats to the MOA Class of 2025!

Our graduating student employees are sure to have amazing careers!

The bittersweet day has arrived: it's graduation time, which means that we have to say goodbye to some of our incredibly talented student employees. These bright, creative, hardworking individuals contribute in every single MOA department and make the Museum the wonderful place it is. Now they're on to the next stages of their careers.

We can't thank them enough for working with us, and we asked them to reflect on their time here. Here's what they shared:

Working at the MOA has changed me as an artist and as a person. I’ve grown so much over the years I’ve been here and learned so much from those around me. I’m grateful to have worked in a place as focused on learning and creativity as the MOA.
Ashlyn Langford
Working at a museum, especially one as special as the Museum of Art, has filled my life with more color. Artwork has always inspired me, so going to work at the source of inspiration was able to lift my spirit. I was able to work with the most kind, creative, and powerfully ambitious people, and for that I am beyond grateful for my time at the MOA.
McKenna Evans
The MOA was such a unique experience that blended academic study with visual storytelling. I am so grateful for the hands-on experience I received and the close mentorship that pushed me to become a more effective researcher and writer. The MOA has been an instrumental part of my academic experience and has inspired me to pursue further education in art history and museum studies.
Emily Johnson
Working here has meant everything to me! I have made lifelong friends with my coworkers and supervisor and learned about museum practices and art. It has changed the trajectory of my life as it inspired me to pursue a graduate degree in art history and museum studies this upcoming fall. I could not be more grateful for the opportunity I have had to be here; I only wish I’d worked here sooner.
Abigail Beus
This has been a defining experience for me. I had the privilege of working on one of the most important and exciting projects the MOA has ever been entrusted with. I learned so much about how to work with the different departments at the Museum and feel much more prepared to continue in the art world moving forward. Working at the MOA deepened my appreciation for art and love for museums. I am incredibly grateful for all my mentors here who helped me grow in confidence and understanding, and who always made me feel heard, seen, and appreciated.
Elizabeth Mallory
Working at the MOA has given me invaluable experiences that have strengthened my professional skills, allowed me to work closely with incredible art, and introduced me to inspiring mentors who have shaped my growth. It has also brought some of the most amazing people into my life—many of whom have become my closest friends.
Caroline Johnson
Working at the MOA has helped me build so many viable connections between my individual identity and my professional goals. I am inexplicably grateful for the lifelong relationships that I have been able to make with my student peers and inspiring supervisors. Working at the MOA has been the highlight of my time at BYU!
