This Month's Project:

In this month's Open Studio, explore Earthbound & Heavenward with a self-guided tour that highlights how artists use color, pattern, and abstraction to express both the beauty of the earth and the pull of the divine. Then head to the studio to create your own bead “painting,” transforming your subject through stylization and design!

About Open Studio:

Each month in this free-choice, self-guided art-making experience for all ages, you’ll be inspired by different artworks on display, then create your own artistic responses in the MOA studio! Join us any time between 11 AM & 1 PM to participate. All are welcome, and registration is not required.

We typically hold new Open Studio activities on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, so drop by every month for a new activity featuring different artworks and materials!

If you would like an ASL interpreter for this event, please contact liz_brailsford@byu.edu at least 3 business days before the event.

Try past Open Studio projects at home!
