April is National Poetry month, and we're bringing the poets to you for Live Typewriter Poetry! Here's how it works:
- Visit the Earthbound and Heavenward exhibition during the event from 7 to 9 pm
- Find an artwork you resonate with and one of our poets sitting at a typewriter in the gallery
- Tell the poet about how that particular artwork connected with you
- They will type up a unique poem based on your experience just for you!
Everyone is welcome to participate. If you're willing, we'd also love it if you shared your poem with us on Instagram by using #byumoa.
